I’ve just sent you an email, but I also wanted to follow up with you here on Canny.

Unfortunately, AI isn’t perfect and can sometimes make mistakes.

I recommend experimenting with the filters “Broad Match” and “Exact Match.” You can find them here:

Here’s the difference between the two:

Note: Using Exact Match may reduce the number of results but generally improves relevance, since the AI focuses only on job titles.

If Exact Match doesn't return relevant jobs, I suggest adjusting the employment type (e.g., Any, Remote, On-site, Hybrid) or the country.

For remote roles, you can set the country to “ANY” for broader results.

We are also currently working on a new feature called AI Matching, which will improve how openings are scanned and matched to your job seeker profile.

This should significantly increase the accuracy of matches.
