Please provide an option to skip sending applications to former employers. These postings end up with a high match because they are literally on your resume. I asked for applications to roles with just two filters: remote, and in operations. It submitted 12 applications, 2 of which were to a company I just quit. So embarrassing.

We have a blacklist feature that allows you to add the name of your former employer or any other companies, so the AI agent will skip them. You can manage this here: https://app.liftmycv.com/account. There is a section called “List of companies to ignore.” I recommend adding different variations, such as ACME, ACME Corp, ACME Ltd, and so on.
We also offer a Copilot mode that lets you skip specific job openings.
